To make the most of your experience at the 144th Annual Session, it’s essential to plan your time effectively. Here’s a step-by-step guide:

  1. Download the Event Schedule
  • Start by downloading the official event schedule. This will give you an overview of all the sessions, meetings, and activities planned.
  1. Highlight Key Events
  • Identify the key events that are most important to you, such as the Gospel Concert, the banquet in honor of President Jerry Young, and the celebration of First Lady Helen Young. Mark these on your personal calendar.
  1. Plan for the Meetings
  • Review the schedule for the Parent Body and Auxiliary Meetings & Events. Ensure you know where and when each meeting is taking place and plan to arrive early.
  1. Arrange Transportation
  • If you need transportation to and from the BWI Airport, remember to reserve your ride in advance through the Baltimore Host Committee’s partnered transportation company.
  1. Purchase Tickets in Advance
  • Secure your tickets for the banquet, Gospel Concert, and other events as soon as possible to avoid any last-minute issues.
  1. Participate in Special Activities
  • Consider joining the NBCUSA HOPE Health Ministry’s blood drive on Tuesday, September 3rd. Donating blood is a meaningful way to contribute to the community, and you’ll receive a $20 Amazon gift card and a free T-shirt as a thank you.
