The Vice President of Health Strategies will develop and implement an affiliate health equity plan, targeted to specific minority communities, based on association goals and applicable affiliate demographics, including strategies for eliminating health disparities, improving cultural competency and implementing targeted minority initiatives. Supervise the development of the regional health equity plans. Drive mission outreach and development goals to key minority audiences.
