The Mid-Winter Board Meeting is one of two major business meetings of the Convention.  Held annually during the month of January, this meeting typically draws 3,000  or more delegates.  The Parent Body, Auxiliaries, Boards and Ministries of the Convention convene to conduct business and participate in worship services, fellowship and community service and evangelism activities.
