Annual Session Registration Information


The forms on this page are used to join or renew registration with the National Baptist Convention, USA, Inc. and its auxiliaries.  The Annual Session Meeting occurs each September and is the main period for registration with the Convention.  In order to maintain uninterrupted registration with the NBC, USA, Inc. you must register by December 31 of each year. Annual Session registrations received between January 1 and December 31 will be credited toward that same year unless otherwise requested/noted.

Churches & State Conventions must register with the PARENT BODY each year to be considered registered members of the NBC, USA, Inc. Districts must register with the MODERATORS Division to be considered registered members of the NBC, USA, Inc. Registering as a Pastor, Individual or Officer with the Parent Body or any of the Auxiliaries alone does not entitle a Church, State Convention or District to membership (or voting privileges) in the Convention.

Note that registrations completed from January 1 to December 31 will be recorded for the current year.  Click on the form of your choice to download and print it. Mail in your form with payment to:  National Baptist Convention, USA, Inc. -  c/o Annual Session Registration - 1700 Baptist World Center Drive - Nashville, TN  37207.

When online registration is available, a the "Register Online" button will appear below. If the button is not available, please use the mail-in registration process outlined above.

In Person

You are always welcome to register in person in the Registration Hall during the Annual Session meeting. 

Special Note About Registration and Voting
