First African Baptist Church located at 2621 Stillman Blvd. & T Y Rogers Avenue, Tuscaloosa, Alabama will celebrate 146 years of existence. The church was founded by slaves in 1866. Guest speaker is Dr. C. William Joyner and the congregation from Broadway Baptist Church of Augusta, Georgia. Rev. Richard L. Morgan is pastor of First African Baptist Church.
