Dear Pastors and Members of NBC, USA, Incorporated:

You have heard about the devastating storms and tornadoes which ripped through the Midwest, Southeast and moved up the Eastern Coast.  As you know, Alabama was hit the hardest with more than 250 persons killed.  Many of you have called and asked how you could help.  Currently our Office of Disaster Management, led by Dr. Randy Vaughn in partnership with The American Red Cross, has visited the sites in Birmingham and Tuscaloosa, Alabama and helped with the delivery of goods and services.  The devastation is horrific and unbelievable.

We desperately need your help in the way of financial gifts to provide for one of the most basic of human needs:  safe housing and shelter.  Thousands of people, particularly those from poverty-stricken areas need to be relocated to safe environments where they can receive additional services to support their health and well-being.
