Local Host Committee Manual
Dr. Robert Scott Jones, Executive Assistant to the President of the Convention and Mrs. Marshal T. DuPont, Deputy Director of the Office of Conventions, Meetings and Planning (OCMP) have developed a Local Host Committee Manual. This manual provides a road map for success for each Local Host Committee of our Annual Session.
The Local Host Committee Manual provides information for every aspect of hosting an event the size of our Annual Session. Information as it relates to Housing, Food and Beverage; Logistics; Concessions; Transportation; Media Relations; and Security are but a few of the areas that are addressed. Timelines and expectations are also detailed in the manual.
