Dr. Walter Malone to provide leadership for the Garnett-Nabrit Lecture Series

Dr. Walter Malone, Jr., pastor of the Canaan Christian Church in Louisville, Kentucky has recently been charged with providing leadership for the Garnett-Nabrit Lecture Series (GNLS) of the Convention’s college, the American Baptist College, located in Nashville, Tennessee. The GNLS is an annual event that occurs in March of every year on the campus of American Baptist College. This year’s GNLS will occur the week of March 20-24, 2011.

The Garnett-Nabrit Lecture Series has a long standing tradition of providing some of the very best preachers, speakers, and lectures from the United States and abroad. Dr. Malone has a vision of making the GNLS the premier Pastor’s Conference in the world. Many prevalent issues and concerns facing the church and its membership will be addressed through the lecture series in an effort to better prepare those providing leadership in the local church.
