Judge Wendell Griffen, General Counsel to the Convention, announced during the State President's Board Meeting at the Annual Session today that one of several lawsuits filed by Dr .Henry Lyons had been dismissed by the Court earlier this year.  There is another lawsuit and judgment pending.
